Squeezed in a quick 2 mile swim after work today. Now Missy and I are headed to Simon Pearce (http://www.simonpearce.com/CSTM_restaurantsWindsor1.aspx) for dinner. Looking forward to a relaxing night out.
Tomorrow:
3.5 hour bike ride
1 hour run
0.5 hour swim
...then its off to the Egee's for a pool party!
